A: Not Without Me switched from plastic to aluminum bottles as we wanted to do better. Aluminum bottles are recyclable, more durable, and do help in reducing plastic waste. Also, aluminum does keep the water cool and fresh. It is our try to make everyday hydration easy, responsible, and fresh without changing that refreshing and mineralized taste you love.

7. What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
A: Don’t panic! Although things like this don’t happen here, if something is not right, we would like to know about it. You can reach out to us within five business days with evidence photos and order details—we will review the whole situation and arrange a suitable replacement or reimbursement. You don’t need to worry—we only intend to make things right.
8. Do you accept returns or refunds?
A: Not really! As of now, we do not accept any kind of returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders from our website, Amazon, or any other authorized retailers. Although, if you have received any damaged or wrong order, we will definitely make it right.

A: We do maintain 38 – 40 TDS at Not Without Me because water with low TDS can taste really flat and lack natural minerals. We maintain it for keeping the water refreshing, balanced, and naturally flavored.

A: Of course, it is. Our 38 TDS level is balanced for daily hydration. It also offers a good and clean taste with natural minerals, which make it ideal for staying refreshed throughout the whole day.
